Stor-a-File acquires KGS Associates
We are delighted to announce that we have successfully completed the acquisition of KGS Associates, a document management services provider based in Camberley, Surrey.
KGS enjoys a strong reputation as a well-established document management innovator with a strong portfolio of clients based in the UK and worldwide. The solutions they provide to customers help to alleviate space and time constraints that are traditionally associated with the storage of paper documents.
This acquisition strategically enhances our services across a number of areas by utilising the experience of KGS in the following areas:
- High volume bulk scanning services
- Custom digital conversion solutions
- Intelligent forms and invoice processing
- Bespoke online image repositories
- Digital inbound and outbound mailroom solutions
As part of the acquisition, KGS will now be rebranded as Stor-a-File with all of their previous operations continuing to be delivered from the Albany Business Park in Camberley.
