He joined Stor-a-File in a sales role in 1994 and became Managing Director in 1997. Since then, he has helped the company grow to where it is today – a respected business with eight branches and 100 staff. Looking to the future, Simon aims to continue to grow the company’s reputation as the supplier of choice for archiving services to the public and healthcare sector.

Since then, he has swiftly moved up through the organisation to his current role as operations director, where he oversees the document storage and confidential shredding services. During his time at Stor-a-File, Gavin has project managed numerous major tender projects and business acquisitions, which have included several council and hospital contracts.

He has since managed a number of key projects, from the electronic data capture of NHS patient records and the digitising of Council Building Control’s fiche records to the data capture of client records for HSBC. Francis now oversees the sales across all document services.

As Financial Controller, Nicky supports the management team across the business by making sure that they have access to high quality financial information. She is ultimately responsible for the entire finance team including credit control, purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll.

Having spent over 25 years in records management, Steve has a unique knowledge of archiving and is experienced in building strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction for the safekeeping of documents, audio visual material and digital software. Focusing keenly on achieving the very highest standards in all he does, Steve is a very welcome addition to our team.

In recent years, Jason has successfully project managed a number of uplift projects for NHS, Council and Legal clients. As Quality Manager, Jason oversees our standards and systems including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 10008 & 15713 to ensure compliance.

Joining Stor-a-File’s customer service team in 2003, Brenda processes customer requests across our range of document services. Chandni and Becca joined the customer service team in recent years, both with previous customer services roles and valuable experience.
