Customers and employees
The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing challenges for all. While the current situation is unprecedented in its scale, we are confident that our experience, processes, infrastructure, services and people will ensure we are resilient and able to support and prioritise our customer needs.
Our immediate priority is our staff, their well-being and that of their families, and to ensure they are able to continue serving our valued customers. Stor-a-File are actively monitoring our staff sickness, following the latest government/PHE guidance and can confirm we are currently fully functional across our sites and services.
Our offices in Leicester, Nottingham, Corby, Dagenham, Halifax, Birmingham, St. Helens and Camberley, we have put into place intensive hygiene and cleaning practices in line with Government and WHO advice and will maintain this for as long as is needed.
We value and encourage face to face contact with our customers and partners, however with non-essential travel suspended, we are encouraging meetings using digital channels; phone, video or email where possible.
