Driving license checks are carried out annually and CRB checks are done bi-annually, to ensure that our staff maintain the high standards of integrity that our clients expect. If we hire temporary staff, we partner with a recruitment agency who are aware that we only hire CRB checked staff who have been extensively referenced.


Our clients know exactly who our staff are, because they always wear their badges and uniforms. Stor-a-File is an Investor in People and is ISO 9001 Quality Accredited. Embedded in our processes is a requirement to match our resources to our work load. Our training policy ensures that all sections of our business are provided with a training plan that matches our business plan.


Our monthly management meeting includes on its agenda a discussion on training and human resources needs. Every month the senior management is reviewing the training needs of the business against forecast activity for both the short and medium long term. The outcomes of these training discussions are recorded in the minutes of the meeting and are reviewed the following month.


Our staff all have quarterly performance reviews with their line managers, where they are encouraged to discuss their performance, how they can improve and how they can progress, including training needs and requirements. These are backed up by annual reviews with the relevant director of their team.
