- Documents are scanned to agreed format, usually TIFs or PDFs.
- Scanned Documents are indexed as required.
- Database is built and hosted online.
- Documents are securely and confidentially destroyed.
- All stages of scanning are controlled by ISO 9001 quality assured system
Stor-a-File offer our clients the option of arranging quarterly cost audit meetings. This is where we
could phase in scanning of archived documents, if it would prove more cost-effective in the long run.
